These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ScareForce platform.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

ScareForce provides tools for application intake, interview scheduling, employee scheduling, communication, onboarding, and time tracking.

You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Employee Responsibilities

Employees agree to:

  • Provide accurate availability
  • Clock in and out truthfully
  • Follow employer policies

4. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and explicitly consent to receive SMS messages, ScareForce may send you text messages related to your application, interview scheduling, onboarding, shift reminders, scheduling updates, and account notifications.

SMS consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox on our application or onboarding forms. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or use of the platform.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Access accounts or data without authorization
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

6. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScareForce is not liable for:

  • Scheduling errors made by users
  • Missed shifts or notifications
  • Indirect or incidental damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SMS Messaging Program Terms

ScareForce is operated by Fear Town Productions LLC, 200 Middle Highway 278, Barrington, RI 02806. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from ScareForce relating to your application, account, onboarding, schedule, shift assignments and reminders, availability, time-clock activity, and account security codes. These are transactional messages tied to your work with a ScareForce employer. We do not send marketing or promotional messages on this program. Message frequency varies with scheduling activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is never a condition of employment or of using ScareForce. Entering a mobile phone number does not by itself provide consent; only checking the SMS consent box does. Reply STOP at any time to cancel and you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email support@scareforce.com. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent data, is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
