Running a haunt is harder than it should be.
Most attractions run a seasonal crew of part-timers on schedules that change nightly. These are the gaps ScareForce was built to close.
An actor calls out and nobody knows which scenes are short
Filling the gap means a group text and a dozen replies
Open positions get missed until the queue is already moving
No record of who actually showed up, or how late
Availability lives in one person’s head and a spreadsheet
Every season starts over from a blank schedule
ScareForce puts every dropped shift in front of the staff who can work it — and keeps the approval in your hands.
How a season runs on ScareForce
Three screens do most of the work. Here they are, with sample data.
Build and publish the night
Set up your event, scenes, departments and positions once, then assign staff to each position and publish. Every affected employee is notified once per publish.

What you get on day one
Every item below is in the product today. Nothing here is on a roadmap.
Shift Marketplace
A dropped or unfilled shift posts to the marketplace. Eligible staff see it under Pick Up Shifts and request it; you get notified and approve the one you want.
Scheduling by scene and position
Build each night from your own positions, scenes and departments. Publish when it’s ready and every affected employee gets notified once.
Ops Dashboard
A live board for show night: scheduled vs. checked in, who’s late, which slots are still open, and who’s available but not on the schedule.
Time Clock and kiosks
Clock staff in from the Time Clock, or set up a tablet kiosk that scans the rotating QR code on each employee’s phone.
Reliability scores
A 0–100 score per employee built from completed shifts, no-shows, drops and late arrivals over the last 90 days, so you know who to call first.
Hiring and onboarding
Take applications through a public form, schedule interviews, and convert a hire into a staffed employee with their paperwork tracked.
Start free, upgrade when you grow
The Free plan covers up to 10 active staff with scheduling, the marketplace, time clock, messaging and the hiring pipeline — with no trial clock and no card on file.
