What is included on the Free plan?
Scheduling, the shift marketplace, employee management, time clock and kiosk check-in, manager inbox and announcements, and the hiring pipeline — plus 100 SMS messages per month.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. The Free plan requires no payment information. Add a card only when you upgrade.
What happens when I exceed 10 staff?
Your existing staff keep working normally. You will need to upgrade before adding an 11th active employee.
Do employees need to pay or install anything?
No. Staff sign in through their phone browser at no extra cost, and can add ScareForce to their home screen if they want an app-style icon.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrade from inside your account. Employees, schedules, punches, settings and history all carry over unchanged.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. Paid subscriptions are managed through the Stripe billing portal from your account's billing page.
